You have 48 hours before your scheduled appointment time to cancel your appointment. If you do not cancel within that time frame, you will be charged a cancellation fee to the card on file. The fee is 50% of the total service cost.

You have a 10 minute grace period to arrive to your appointment. This ensures we are getting the most out of your allotted time! If over 10 minutes late your appointment will be canceled & the card on file will be charged 50%.

You may still receive your Brazilian/ bikini wax service if you are on your period as long as you are wearing a clean tampon, disc or diva cup. If you are not comfortable receiving your service, I completely understand but our cancellation policy still applies

I do NOT offer male Brazilian, bikini or glute services. I do however offer every other service on my menu to male clients
